Lanre Lana is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with over 24 years of experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and digital transformation solutions across Nigeria’s financial, enterprise, and public sectors.

As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Defentrix Global, Lanre leads the company’s strategic vision, operations, partnerships, and cybersecurity growth initiatives, helping organizations strengthen their cyber resilience in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Before co-founding Defentrix Global, Lanre founded and led Elandel Global Services Ltd, an IT infrastructure and systems integration company known for delivering enterprise-grade solutions spanning network infrastructure, structured cabling, surveillance systems, data centres, access control, and enterprise security systems.

Lanre previously held senior technical and infrastructure leadership roles at Access Bank Plc, where he managed large-scale banking network infrastructure, enterprise firewalls, WAN connectivity, VOIP deployments, Microsoft Exchange environments, and enterprise-grade financial systems supporting nationwide operations. His experience includes designing resilient infrastructure architectures, implementing high-availability networks, and supporting secure banking operations at scale.

Over the years, he has successfully led technology projects across banking, telecommunications, enterprise, and government sectors, earning a reputation for combining strong technical expertise with strategic business insight.

Lanre holds an Executive MBA from the University of Lagos Business School and a degree in Physics Electronics from the Federal University of Technology Akure. He is also trained in AI & Business Strategy, Scrum Product Ownership, and Cisco networking technologies.
